飛騨は、土地の9割が山と森。その森が育てた澄んだ水と朝霧に包まれた田んぼが
おいしいお米のふるさとです。
自然の力を信じて、私たちはそっと手を添えるだけ。一枚一枚の田んぼと楽しみながら向き合って、「おかずがいらないほどおいしいお米」をお届けします。
In Hida, nine-tenths of the land is mountain and forest — the source of the clear water and mist-wrapped paddies where truly good rice is born.
Trusting in nature, we lend only a gentle hand. Facing each field with care, we grow rice so good it needs nothing alongside it.
